| PLANS to install solar panels at a Grade II-listed property in Watlington have been approved. The application for Blenheim House, 25 Church Street, includes the addition of panels to the south-facing roof of the garage/workshop. The work also required listed building consent. South Oxfordshire District Council granted permission after Watlington Parish Council raised no objections. Plans for a whole new sun room at Barn Cottage in Howe Road were also approved.
