Tram-shed fare will put you back at least $3.5M

AN INVESTOR will need more than $3.5 million to buy a house in North Melbourne.

In Rosanna, BellerTBM Commercial is marketing a two-level building at 247-249 Rosanna Road. The building area is 160 sq m on land of 182 sq m. Both are a two-level freehold building of 120 sq m; 201 is leased to Afends, which has a five-year lease with two further terms of five years, while 203 is leased to ML Denim, a fashion brand.
