New location for Dart Sensors

New location for Dart Sensors

The alcohol sensor supplier has purchased the freehold of Elm House, a detached office building built in the 1980s which includes about 6,700 sq ft of office space across three floors. The property was marketed by Alder King for an asking price of £825,000 plus VAT. WMS Squire acted as building surveyors for Dart Sensors.

Dart Sensors was founded in 1994.

Jonathan Ling of Stratton Creber Commercial said: "Dart Sensors became increasingly frustrated by the lack of viable freehold options available in the city centre and inner suburbs.

"Elm House was more suited to Dart Sensors' needs but was mostly tenanted when we began our search, so vendor and purchaser have worked closely together to hand over the building substantially with vacant possession. Stratton Creber Commercial acted for Dart Sensors in its property search, purchase negotiations and planning investigations.
